One should create a nature of forgiveness as it is one of the highest human virtues. However, nature of forgiveness creates peace in mind and variates the pressure anger and revenge. 5. Conscious distraction To variate over thinking, one can find some conscious distractions which result in your time spare and utilization of all your efforts like games such as Sudoku, or a game with the family, or go for a meal out, do yoga, go for a movie with family etc. Therefore, do what you like and distract yourself.
